Recipe: Chinese Egg Rolls

If you love chicken and looking for a delicious and easy chicken based recipe, you can try Chinese egg rolls. You will need a roasting chicken, mashed garlic 1 clove, a cabbage, 1 lbs bean sprouts, soy sauce 1, lamb meat 2lbs, lemon juice ¼ cup, salt, soy sauce ½ cup, mushrooms, onions, celery and vegetable oil 3 tsp. You have to dice the cabbage nicely.

 

First, you have to mix garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice together with water nicely. Add it with lamb meat and the chicken. Now, cover it tightly and marinate it overnight. Roast the chicken with the pork in your oven and set it to 350 degree.  Cut it into matchstick pieces when it gets cool. Now, place it in a Dee-sided frying pan and warm the oil. Add onions, cabbage, mushrooms and the celery over medium heat. Wait for the celery and onions to get tender. Now, you can add meat and chicken.

 

After heating it through, add pepper, sauce and salt to get proper taste.  Cover the egg roll wrappers to avoid them from drying out when you are working with it. Fill each roll with 2 tsp. Now fold it from the bottom and cover the upper side. Then fold it from two outside corners and shut it with white egg. Now put oil in the pan to a depth of about 2 inches to cover the rolls. Give high heat or over medium heat and do one rolls at a time. Be careful when adding the egg rolls and fry them for about 3minutes. Turn them when you see the side getting golden brown colour. Keep it in the oven before serving to keep it warm. Enjoy the delicious Chinese Egg Rolls with dipping sauce.
